Strawberry Protein Popsicles

A cool fruity protein treat for a hot day; the kids love them too!

Tip: You can replace the dehydrated strawberries for other fresh or frozen fruit, blackberries, raspberries, chopped mango or nectarines are all a treat in these popsicles! 

Prep time: 10 minutes
Quantity: 18 popsicles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 2 scoops Pounamu Protein Vanilla WPC
  • Good squeeze of Hershey strawberry syrup (or similar)
  • Handful of dehydrated strawberries (optional) – crushed

METHOD:
  1. Mix everything together with a whisk and pour into small popsicle molds. 
  2. Freeze and enjoy!
