Gingerbread Banana Protein Shake

Get into the holiday season with this nutritious and delicious gingerbread smoothie!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop Pounamu Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup water or milk
