INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop Pounamu Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 cup ice
- 3/4 cup water or milk
